EASY RETURNS
M-I-M' s accept return package but you need to show us the proof of the damage and the receipt of that items. And we have a limit for return items after that we can't accept any package that you receive.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
On our website or any apps that we have a shop, you will easily track your items, way of clicking the profile button to see the tracking methods and to be aware and update. Also, the rider will deliver their message to know that your item is ready for delivery.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If the Buyer still has not received the order before the final day of the extension period, and/or if the product/s received is either incomplete, wrong, damaged, defective, please request for Return/Refund before the 3-day extension ends. The request should ONLY be made within the Shopee Guarantee Period, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
